We specialize in developing and strengthening organization systems through research and information interpretation, behavioral and attitude change, Staff training, Recruitment, and R & D. They would like to recruit for a valuable client, a Forestry company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for preparing management accounting reports with supporting analytical commentary,
· Prepare periodic Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and analyses
· Responsible for carrying out business risk analyses
· Ability to prepare cash flow forecasts and funds management analyses,
· Ability to evaluate financial feasibility of business proposals
· Prepare and submit periodic department reports.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant should possess a minimum of five years’ experience with 2 of them managing at a senior level with a B Com, BBA, CPA or ACCA,
· The applicant should possess sound budget preparation and business planning skills,
· Excellent numerical ability
· Flexibility to work longer hours, people with varied educational levels, and travel frequently – in some cases using public transport
· Computer literacy i.e. working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, MS Excel, Power Point and MS Word
· Ability to work independently under tight time lines
· Fluent in English and 2 local languages.
