They would like to recruit for a valuable client, an Audit Firm.
Job Summary: The Audit Senior will mainly be responsible for the timely execution of risk-based external audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects. The Audit Senior will carry out research and reviews and make any necessary recommendations to change policies, implement new systems or even change employee roles and team structures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify risk matters and present
Prepare and submit reports highlighting issues and providing potential solutions
Active engagement with senior staff to gain a good understanding of the business
Supervise, coach and develop junior members of staff within teams
Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements
In charge of analysing and presenting recommendations
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Degree in Finance, BBA or any other relevant field plus a professional course, ACCA, CPA
A minimum of five years’ experience as a senior Auditor in a busy environment
Previous experience of leading, supervising and coaching members of staff
Ability to deliver results and meet client expectations
Good planning and organizational skills
