About US:
Igara- Buhweju Tea farmers Sacco is a newly formed SACCO registered with Ministry of Trade and cooperatives. Membership is composed of Tea farmers and Tea workers in greater Bushenyi District.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· In charge of the recruitment of new members to save
· Tasked with appraising and recommending loan disbursements to qualifying guaranteed members
· Ensuring that disbursed loans are paid
· Send weekly reports to the manager on performance of member savings and loans

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in business related programs, Microfinance, agribusiness & cooperatives management.
· One year of experience in reputable SACCO
· Age: Between 25-35 years
