Baylor International Pediatric AIDS Initiative – Uganda is looking for a trained international development professional to fill the role of Director of Finance and Operations in an upcoming USAID opportunity. The Director of Finance and Operations shall be responsible for overall financial management and administration of program.

Minimum requirements for this position include:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other relevant field OR a professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant.

Minimum of eight years of experience in increasing roles of responsibility and oversight of
procurement, logistics, human resources, finance, and accounting of large-scale, complex,
international programs, including experience in managing donor funded subcontracts/grants

Strong English written and oral communication skills
