Key Accounts Manager – HARISS International

About Us:
HARISS International Limited was incorporated in 2005 with the main objective of carrying out the business in manufacturing Biscuits, Still drinks, Mineral water, Fresh fruit juice and carbonated soft & energy drinks satisfy the needs of the Ugandan Market in food and beverages. Since when we started, ‘RIHAM’ the brand name of the company had been established & promoted for all our products, as of now the name RIHAM speaks for itself in Uganda.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting and profitable relationships with a portfolio of major clients
· Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to key accounts.
· The jobholder will develop and expand trusted advisor relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs
· Ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
· Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
· Carry out market surveys; develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
· Forecast, track and prepare periodic reports on status of account using key account metrics
· Manage and develop the key accounts team (training, coaching and mentoring)

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate for the Key Accounts Manager job should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field
· At least three years of cumulative experience managing key accounts.
· Previous experience in Account or Relationship Management
· Experience working with an FMCG is an added advantage
