About Us:
The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) was established to implement the provisions of The UCC Act 2013 Laws of Uganda with a principal goal of developing a modern communications sub-sector and Infrastructure in Uganda, in conformity with the operationalization of the Telecommunications Policy.

Job Summary: The Officer Billing will generate and dispatch all bills for revenues due to the Commission for prompt collection and to answer customer’s complaints related to bills and statements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate for the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) Officer Billing job placement should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or any related field
· Full professional qualification, ACCA, CPA etc.
· At least four (4) years working experience in financial management and accounting in a similar corporate setting
· Competences in revenue collection and stakeholder Management
· Skills and experience in business Alignment
· Good risk management, controls and governance skills and knowledge
· Good communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· High degree of integrity
· Good analytical skills
