Job Summary: The Risk Officer will support the Senior Manager Risk in the identification, assessment and guide on measures to mitigate the risks within the branch network.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Carry out routine risk assessment of all Branches and make reports of the findings at the Branches
· Ensure follow up and tracking of branch and audit issues raised with relevant branches and head office departments for resolution.
· Ensure closure of all open issues concerning Risk that are highlighted by Internal and external Audit reports
· Proactively initiate review of organizational policies and procedure, in line with the changing bank risk profiles.
· The incumbent will be responsible for process mapping of organization wide procedures
· Provide Monthly progress reports on bank risk profiles
· Keenly verify that the reported positions and profit and loss are correct and that the treasury position reconciles with the general ledger daily
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager Risk.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate for the PostBank Risk Officer placement should hold a University Degree in Statistics, Banking or Business Administration
· A minimum of three years of related work experience.

· Good project management skills
· High level of Integrity and ethical standards
