The organization implements integrated development approach combining Education, Health, Agriculture, Livestock, Adolescent Empowerment and Microfinance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Carry out Internal Audit in field offices & country offices according to the monthly internal audit plan
Clearly identify major audit risks, discuss findings with the manager and suggest appropriate recommendations
Conduct investigations as requested by the programmes and country management.
Prepare, preserve and ensure the various supporting documentations for audit.
Ensure the quality of audit in conformity with the Internal audit manual.
Maintain Internal Audit professional practices.
Actively promote good governance, risk & control
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM), Finance & Accounting or a related field
The applicant should have completed at least level 2 of CPA/ ACCA and also possess vast knowledge of the IPPF.
At least two years’ experience in Auditing.
High degree of Integrity
Excellent communication skills
Highly analytical and problem solving skills
Should be creative, adaptive and have a passion for quality
