Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Generate creative ideas on digital marketing content for social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
· User operation: Manage the online forums, websites and other channels for the Tecno Mobile Uganda brand with an aim on creating more users and engaging activity.
· Online event planning and Management
· Give feedback to Management on online customers’ requests and/or queries
· Do a survey and bring new ideas on improvement strategies for our online presence, keeping ahead of what’s trending

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree
· MUST have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
· Should have good practical knowledge on how to grow brand presence on social media
· Good computer skills
