Junior Marketing Manager – Jumia – Kampala

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to marketing strategy by bringing in creative ideas, iterating them swiftly and executing seamlessly; primarily focused on offline marketing
Create strong and memorable presence of Jumia at external events
Acquire market intelligence by conducting research (interviews, online, shopping behavior on Jumia)
Organize team of Brand Ambassadors for offline activations
Conduct marketing initiatives with media partners and stakeholders

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Strong communication skills
Hands-on mentality
Interest in digital trends
Intuition and passion for (offline) marketing
Sound judgment
Experience in creative/marketing industry is a plus
