Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive will achieve an agreed revenue target by identifying, developing and maintaining business from new and existing clients and ensure that the customer has complete satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Achieve monthly Sales targets
· Grow an accurate sales pipeline via calls, emails and face to face interactions.
· Work closely with the sales team to manage the life cycle of a client and accurately track customer interactions, information and updates in Salesforce.
· Equip clients with accurate and sufficient product knowledge
· Carry out telemarketing
· Compile weekly and monthly reports
· Identify potential clients and build a client base that enables achievement of sales targets
· Continuously research, identify and generate new opportunities
· Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
· Conducting product demonstrations and coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and account management plans.
· Working closely with new and existing clients to determine their present and future needs and proposing suitable products, services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organization.
· Develop and implement monthly planner for coverage
· Provide daily activity report
· Conduct and submit weekly business review report.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant must hold a University degree from recognized institution (Business Administration, Marketing and other related courses)
· Two or more years’ experience in similar job
· Proficient/Solid Knowledge of Excel, MS-Word, computer skills
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· A self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced and dynamic start-up environment
· Interest in learning the Salesforce platform and gaining corporate sales experience
· Strong problem solving, multi-tasking and time management skills
· Excellent written/verbal communication skills
· Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
· Passion to succeed and drive the company forward.
· Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM tools, analytics, information/data management tools is a plus
