Administrative Assistant – Kampala – Future Options

About US:
Future Options Consulting Ltd is an HR Consultancy company that seeks to recruit for its valuable client in the Health Care Industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Managing Director for all business related to the sale and promotion of Saraya products including product registration, marketing, hygiene promotion, customer support, and development and implementation of new business plans;
In charge of preparing the requirements such as official letters, certain data as requested by other staffs
Build and maintain a good relationship with suppliers and customers and to negotiate or cooperate with them as necessary.
The incumbent will be tasked to support the Administrative Officer with the works related to data management such as recording staff attendance, stock taking, production, shipping and others as requested.
Support the Accounting Officer with basic accounting works like the management of petty cash, receivable and payable, writing and filing vouchers and forms, preparation of payroll, tax application and others as requested.
The incumbent will be always thinking about the improving the office environment

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent communications skills
