Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings and appointments for the Senior Manager
Cordially answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
Manage the Senior Managers dairy, appointments as well as confirming attendance by his visitors and staff
Draft minutes, reports, memos and other correspondence on behalf of the Senior Manager
Deliver messages and run errands where required.
Manage travel arrangements for the Senior Manager.
Receive the Senior Manager’s visitors and make hotel bookings for them where required.
Mentor, supervise and monitor administration and reception staff activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The Administrative Assistant should hold a bachelor’s degree in secretarial studies or any other related course
A minimum of three years working experience in similar position in a big organization.
Be a positive attitude, effective communication, professional presentation, high level of integrity and confidentiality
Possess the ability to work extra hours, self-driven, flexible, results focused, creative, innovative, work for long hours and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Excellent good customer care skills
