Assistant Inventory Management Officer – Education Service Commission

The vision of Education Service Commission is to see “quality education delivered by efficient and effective education service personnel.”

Job Summary: The Assistant Inventory Management Officer will primarily ensure that stores are properly kept, maintained and property issued out to users within the institution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· The incumbent will receive stores
· Record all stores received
· The jobholder will issue out stores to users
· Balance records of stores
· Supervise loading and off loading of stores
· Regularly check for stock

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The applicants should preferably hold Diplomas in Stores or Procurement and Logistics Management.

Applicants should attach certified copies of their certificates and transcripts and any relevant document(s) plus three recent passport size photographs on each of the application forms. Serving officers must route their applications through their Head of Institution / Department, who should be advised on the closing date to ensure submission within the deadline.
