Customer Care Assistant – Kampala – Future Options

About US:
Future Options Consulting Ltd is an HR Consultancy company that seeks to recruit for its valuable client in the Retail industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Customer Care Assistant will be required to regularly report useful information on client needs and trends
Provide timely feedback on complaints from customers, monitor results and make policy change recommendations.
Ensure accurate and updated weekly and monthly reports.
In charge of communicating pertinent information to clients on a regular basis.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent communications skills
