Data Entry Clerk – Kampala – Finance Trust Bank

Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk will identify and correct errors in the personal data of clients of the Bank.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify the errors in the clients’ records.
Make repeat calls to existing customers to clarify their information in the system.
The jobholder will also correct the errors in clients’ details in the system using source documents.
Prepare and maintain a register on the clients contacted and their feedback
Forward all new documentation received from clients to the Banking Officer in charge of Customer Care.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicants for the Data Clerk jobs should at lead hold an Advanced level qualification. A diploma will be an added advantage.
Work experience of data entry will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Keen on detail and accuracy.
Proficient typing skills.
Computer skills and having basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good customer service.
Good time management practice.
Good spelling and punctuation skills are necessary.
High degree of confidentiality.
