Employee Wellness Specialist – Centenary Bank – Kamapla

Job Description
Role:
Responsible for planning, implementing and administration of employee wellness programs in line with strategy. Salary Band: 3
Contribute to the improvement of the health of the bank by monitoring performance indicators, such as sickness absence, levels of grievances and disciplinary and work/life balance, and develop initiatives and solutions to enable positive trends
• Coordinate and administer Employee of the Month Program in line with strategy
• Coordinate and monitor Chaplaincy activities bank-wide in line with strategy
• Coordinate and review the process of developing Bank annual leave plan and process leave applications in line with Bank Policy and Leave administration guidelines and procedures
• Coordinate Bank-wide sports and Teambuilding administrative framework, Corporate League and Bankers’ Gala activities in line with the approved budget
• Develop, implement, administer and monitor employee wellness programmes including Health, leave management, occupational health and safety any other programme required by law and/or the bank)
• Manage and monitor an internal Bank wellbeing (Employee Assistance Programs) system that ensures all employees receive the support and
• counselling services that they need to have a conducive working environment to enhance staff performance
• Participate in annual Branch visit programs to obtain first hand feedback on unit performance regarding talent management
