Mildmay Uganda is a Christian NGO that offers General and HIV/AIDS medical services also providing technical support for Ministry of Health Systems to scale up comprehensive HIV/AIDS Services in 16 districts of Central Uganda. Mildmay Uganda is also an accredited Institution of Higher Learning offering academic and short courses in health care.
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing professional administrative support to the Executive Director’s office for effective and efficient planning, directing, managing and coordination of day-to-day activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the aforementioned career opportunity should hold a Degree in Mass Communication or Public Administration with specific training in Customer Care
A minimum of five years’ experience in similar roles at a senior office of a busy organisation.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Computer literacy skills i.e. working knowledge of MS Office packages including PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy i.e. Proficiency in various Microsoft Office packages a
Fluency in both written and spoken English and local language are crucial.
Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
The incumbent must be highly flexible, reliable, and in sympathy with the Christian values of Mildmay Uganda.
Evidence of a non-judgmental approach regarding race, religion, culture, sexuality and lifestyle is critical
