Job Description
To market and service Liberty Financial Solutions (products, technology and services) to increase the sales capacity of the insurance business in the bank, as well as all other potential markets. To identify and attract new business and retain the existing customer base.
Key responsibilities
• To identify, approach and effectively manage potential leads and call plans using the current databases and personal networks to ensure the delivery of the new business targets and processes.
• To establish, maintain and enhance new and existing business relationships to ensure increase in shareholder value.
• To ensure end to end onboarding of new business secured with the support of functional teams to promote contracted service level agreement standards.
• To penetrate the affluent client market segment using the existing networks and industry knowledge.
• To keep up to date with competitor information and market trends to identify new business opportunities and to contribute towards the development of competitive new products and the enhancement of existing products
Qualifications
• Business degree or equivalent in commerce
• Marketing Diploma or equivalent.
• Ideal Insurance Industry Qualification
Experience
• At least 1 year’s sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the Long-Term Insurance market.
• Sales Training and Business Development experience is an added advantage.
