Personal Assistant to the Chairman – Kampala – Riham Group

About US:
Riham Group is a Food products company based in Kawempe which boosts of producing a variety of products including confectioneries, water, among others.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports for all meetings
· Update and maintain the Chairman’s diary, schedule appointments and resolve conflicts
· Provide primary management and decision support information for Support functions
· Manage all stationery and other equipment by signing off the delivery notes
· The job holder will also manage transport and accommodation arrangements
· Implement and maintain a well-organized secretarial function which includes a complete administrative and filing system
· Confirm accuracy of incoming correspondence, liaise with originators and forward once ready for signature
· Identify and bring to attention any perceived risks pertaining to the management of the office, and possible mitigation actions

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Secretarial Studies, Business Studies or any Social Science degree
· A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
· Past exposure and experience in public relations is an added advantage
· Excellent planning and organizing skills
· Computer literacy skills with MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook is essential
· Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organization skills
