Required Qualifications
• Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a retail environment.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Required skills
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and competence in MS office
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
• Must be willing and able to meet tight deadlines and work long hours when required.
• Be able to work in a multicultural environment
