Job Details:
Fire Red Uganda Ltd is commercial photography company in Uganda .We have been in existence for the last 13 years handling commercial photography for all the leading advertising agencies in Uganda.
The post will be based in the Kampala office and report into the finance Director.
The role will support in the duties of ;
Coordinate, attend, and facilitate all aspects of casting sessions for
talent.
Manage talent scouting and cultivating relationships with
performers and their reps.
Research agencies, on what type of models they represent and
trends in the fashion arena.
cultivate more models. Arrange test-­‐run fashion shoots with a
photographer when you discover new talent.
Select the best photos from the fashion shoot and coordinate with
models putting together a portfolio for new talent

� Have good interpersonal and communicational skills
� Good command over English &Luganda, both written and verbal
� Have proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
� Have excellent organising and coordination skills
� Possess high degree of efficiency and willingness to work under
pressure
� Be willing to work long hours. Extensive travel
� Diploma/degree with focus, in business, marketing, advertising
and communications .
� At least 3 years in direct business sales
