Job Summary:
The Customer Review Analyst will be a member of Business Banking Relationship Team providing key support in the review, update and maintenance of customer information and instructions. This role will include but not be limited to updating of customer instructions and data into the core banking system as instructed by your team Leader.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and update of customer files received daily: 80%
Conduct a review on customers to identify gaps in customer information as per the KYC minimum standards.
Review information captured in the various systems (FCR and KAMLS) to confirm accuracy and consistency of information.
Update all customer information as per current customers information on mandates or Amendments
On a daily basis, provide accurate and timely MI to team supervisor / manager for accounts own work processed and the outcome.
Provide any support required by the business as it relates to account Mandates and maintenance as may be requested from time to time.
Query Resolution: 20 %
Actively respond to and resolve issues raised by the team supervisor.
Adhere to the service level agreement (SLA) between the Financial Crime and Business teams
People Management: 5%
Manage team performance.
Manage EOS participation.
Drive cost cutting initiatives
Follow through the team’s training needs and work closely with the HR L&D team to ensure this is programmed.
Manage and develop talent within the team.
Leave management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicants for the Barclays Customer Review Analyst job should hold a University degree or equivalent qualification with good pass in English and Mathematics at ‘O’ level.
At least three months’ working experience preferably in a banking environment.
Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements related to account opening.
Broad understanding of bank products.
Good understanding of account opening and amendments requirements.
Good knowledge of KYC, IRM and related policies.
Keen attention to detail.
Communication skills.
Time management skills.
Good knowledge of KYC and related policies.
Good computer application skills (MS Word, Excel & Outlook).
