Job Summary:
The Graphics Designer Illustrator will be undertaking relevant research and generating ideas leading to appropriate illustrations for NCDC’s publications.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in design and layout of NCDC publications.
· Participate in workshops where expertise is needed.
· Save, store and back up document files (Softcopies) in an orderly format for ease of future retrieval and reference.
· Assist in development of preservation of NCDC brand.
· Liaising with editors, writers or designer(s) to make accurate illustrations.
· Complete projects as per the set time frames
· Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant must hold an Hons Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Art and Design or Drawing/Graphic design from a recognised Institution.
· One year of graphic design work or related work experience in printing industry.
· Adobe Creative Suite skills
· Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
· Integrity.
· Ability to meet deadlines under minimum supervision.
· Age Limit: 23 to 45 years.
