Future Options Consulting Ltd is an HR Consultancy company that seeks to recruit for its valuable client in the Agriculture Industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Thinking Creatively: Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
· Getting Information: Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
· Interacting with Computers: Using computers and computer systems (including Hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information.
· Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates: Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
· Selling or Influencing Others: Convincing others to buy merchandise/goods or to otherwise change their minds or actions.
· Making Decisions and Solving Problems: Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
· Estimating the Quantifiable Characteristics of Products, Events, or Information: Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
· Drafting, Laying Out, and Specifying Technical Devices, Parts, and Equipment: Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications to tell others about how devices, parts, equipment, or structures are to be fabricated, constructed, assembled, modified, maintained, or used.
· Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work: Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
· Performing for or Working directly with the Public: Performing for people or dealing directly with the public. This includes serving customers in restaurants and stores, and receiving clients or guests.
· Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others: Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
· Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge: Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate for the Interior Designer vacancy must possess the following skills;
· Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
· Design: Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
· Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
· Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
· Clerical: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
· Computers and Electronics: Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
· Building and Construction: Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads. Mathematics: Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
· Production and Processing: Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
· Economics and Accounting: Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
· English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
