Job Summary: The IT Support Officer will support the International Company in the provision of timely support to the systems administrator within the IT section.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out hardware and software installations.
· Provide system support: Software Support, Network Support, Information System Support.
· Responsible for LAN and WAN maintenance and trouble shooting.
· Carry out database maintenance.
· In charge of backups and data recovery to ensure business continuity
· Carrying out system maintenance check.
· Produce weekly reports on the weeks activities and monthly reports.
· Performing computer systems and peripherals’ inventory.
· Responsible for all computer and peripherals maintenance and servicing.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate for the IT Support Officer vacancy should preferably hold a Degree in IT or other related fields.
· Possession of relevant Certification CCNA certification is a must.
· A minimum of two years’ experience in the IT Department.
· Technical proficiency and knowledge in Software: Oracle, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux, windows 7, office2003, office 2007.
