Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicants for the Fixed Lines Technician jobs should at least hold a Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Information Technology.
· A minimum of two years’ experience in the telecommunication industry (Fixed lines)
· Detailed working knowledge of data communication and networking concepts
· Good knowledge of microwave, WiMAX, fixed wireless terminals, PABX, Copper and Fiber Networks
· Cisco networking and data skills
· Ability to work under minimal supervision
· Be a good team player
· Excellent communication skills
· Self-motivated leaner.
· The incumbent should have the capability of prioritizing customers according to their segmentation
· Resilience and capable of working long hours as well as emergency and unscheduled work
· Two years’ driving experience with a manual car
