They would like to recruit for a valuable client, a leading 5-Star Hotel in Kampala with Apartments and Conferencing Facilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· In charge of monitoring security operations in the hotel
· Supervising the Contracted and in house security team
· Guiding the Hotel on security measures to put in place
· In charge of developing and enforcing hotel security procedures and regulations
· Reports to the General Manager on security issues
· Implementing modern security measures
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant should preferably hold a minimum of eight years’ experience as a Security Officer in a busy organization. Those in Hospitality industry have an added advantage.
· At least a diploma in security management or its equivalent
· The Security Manager should have prior experience in military/Police or commercial Security Experience preferably with hospitality background.
· Computer literacy and proficiency
· Corporate Investigations Skills
· Good knowledge of modern security techniques and tools
· Counter Terrorism Training Certificate is Mandatory
· Ownership and loyalty
· Outstanding Leadership and Supervisory skills
· Excellent command of English
