Job Summary: The Administration Manager supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training of employees;
The Manager will maintain safe and secure work environment. 111. Accomplish staff planning, appraising job results, and disciplining employees by enforcing systems, policies and procedures,
Perform general administrative roles.
Work closely with Accounts for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures and monitoring costs.
The jobholder will also benchmark other professional standards to improve performance.
Perform any other duties as tasked by management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in HR and administration
At least three years of related experience working in a customer service/service focused environment
Strong HR/Administration skills, previously gained in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literacy skills i.e. proficient in MS Word & MS Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, dealing with employees and managers.
Broad knowledge and understanding of HR administrative practices including contract generation.
Creative mind will be essential
