About Future:
Future Options Consulting Ltd is an HR recruitment services company which would like to recruit on behalf of its valued Client in the Education Industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee welfare of 43 members of staff including 10 researchers, 12 administrative/technical staff, and 21 support staff.
Manage the administration and offer technical and support staff.
Oversee Institute assets including a fleet of 10 vehicles, thermo generator, apartments for researchers/visiting scholars, seminar/class rooms, and the grounds/gardens.
In charge of managing procurements and accounting
Responsible for filling and Archiving
Develop and maintain institutional databases both electronic and hard copies.
Management and back-up support for all institutional activities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The Administrator should hold a good Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in relevant discipline. Possession of a Post graduate training in Administration will be an added advantage.
At least three years of proven record in administration
Computer literacy skills
Proof of significant contribution to the management systems in a reputable organization
Evidence of supervisory roles
