Job Summary: The Business Development Executive position is critical to our continued growth. Your main focus is customer acquisition and retention. You will be required to build sales by contacting and building relationships with new and existing clients, conduct market research and explore new business opportunities. The position requires a target-driven, committed and dedicated person with strong convincing and negotiation skills. You will be required to achieve the weekly and monthly metrics in order to successfully close the monthly target. The role is target oriented with strict KPIs set on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Research the market, identify potential leads, contact the clients, introduce Redhot Recruitment services and solutions, and generate meetings.
· Set up and attend meetings with the clients, create interest and offer the right solutions that meet the client’s needs.
· Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
· Actively promote company services through proposal development and managing sales process to successful closure.
· Formulating customized targeted sales strategies
· Create informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
· Quickly respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) and bidding as required.
· Create and maintain a list or database of prospective clients and maintain a database of prospective client information.
· Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
· Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Organizational Psychology or any other related field
· A minimum of three years’ experience in sales/marketing or human resource
· Broad knowledge and understanding of the Human Resource Recruitment and Management industry
· Previous experience with lead generation and prospect management
· Prior experience in proposal writing and presentation
· Demonstrable communication, problem solving, team and interpersonal skills
· Excellent analytical and time-management skills
· Very enthusiastic, presentable, self-motivated with a positive attitude
· High level of comfort preparing and leading client presentations
· Significant degree of self-motivation, direction and integrity
