They would like to recruit for a valuable client, the leading MTN Mobile Money Agent in Uganda and targets expanding its regional footprint and add complimentary products and services.

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will manage the promotion of the company in a positive way through branding, advertising and networking. The incumbent will develop persuasive approaches/strategies that will see the organizational clientele increase.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for sourcing new business using innovative and creative marketing practices.
· Prospects and pitches for target client for increased business growth
· Discusses and consults with other executives on latest business trends with a view to introduce innovative products or services in the future.
· Actively promotes and maintains company reputation continually enhancing the organizations performance.
· Build rapport with both existing and new clients and ensure continuous improvement of the relationships.
· Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
· Manage and act upon feedback.
· The incumbent will identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators through using knowledge of the market.
· Judgment and decision making: The incumbent guides management on the latest market trends and new business opportunities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant should have a Bachelor’s degrees in Business related course/ or equivalent
· A minimum of three to four years’ experience in related field.
· Skills in proposal writing and Research.
