Job Summary: The Client Service Director, will have the main role of aggressively growing the client base of the Company and specifically working to increase the number of retainer accounts. He / she will also be required to supervise, train and develop the skills of all client service staff to ensure optimal efficiency in the client service department.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have broad experience in the advertising industry
The incumbent will be required to possess strategy and presentation skills, he/she should be able to develop advertising campaigns and also pitch to clients.
The individual must be organized, diplomatic and have people skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
