Customer Care Relationship / Front Desk Officer – Kampala – Pacific Diagnostics Ltd

Pacific Diagnostics Ltd is an International Medical Equipment Supplier company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiate, develop and maintain quality long term business relationships with clients
Receive, log, follow up and respond to clients’ queries and complaints to their satisfaction and within the stipulated period
Minute any client meetings, summarizing any additional actions required including follow-up calls
Regularly communicate pertinent information/changes to clients on regular basis including information on products or services required by customers to meet their needs.
Maintain accurate weekly & monthly reports
Maintain accurate and updated records for clients and staff

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The Customer Care Relationship/Front Desk Officer should hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree
At least three years working experience
Past managerial and supervision skills
Computer literacy skills i.e. Proficient in MS office suite applications
Past customer care/service experience
