Job Summary: The Field Facilitators will provide emotional healing/counselling services and outreach activities aimed at decreasing symptoms of emotional trauma and community stigma; as well as increasing reconciliation and forgiveness for war affected children and adults.

Be compassionate and patient.
Good people skills
Ability to mobilize a group of people, and get them comfortable at opening up and sharing.
Excellent analytical and reasoning skills to apply theories to practical applications.
Excellent written communication skills to document work and the stories of beneficiaries.
Personal and professional integrity must be maintained at all times.
Practice must be in accordance with professional international standards for conduct in the mental health setting.
Knowledge of NGO sector and previous experience in Counseling are positives.
