Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Customized Branding for Retailers, Stockiest, Dealers and Special Partners:
Carry out site surveys for locations suitable for customized Special Partner branding and make recommendations to the Channel Diversification Coordinator for review and further action
Brand new Special Partner locations with appropriate branding materials based on Africell branding guidelines
Report all old branding materials discovered in the assigned duty station for replacement with befitting branding requirements
Regularly monitor Africell brand visibility impact at Special Partner locations against competition and make appropriate recommendations
Support Africell Money as and when required
Market Intelligence Gathering:
Gather information regarding Africell and competitor margins in the assigned duty station and report weekly
Monitor competitor promotional activities in the assigned duty station and provide weekly updates on its impact
Survey key locations which are suitable for promotional activities and activations in the assigned duty station
Check availability of Africell airtime in the assigned duty station and provide accurate reports
Participate in Surveys and market research as and when required by Africell
Training and Refresher training for Retailers, Stockists, Dealers, Special partner agents /Merchants and Direct Staff:
Actively participate in on-boarding new Special Partner agents on Africell products and Services
Identify training needs for Special Partner agents and forward to Channel Diversification Coordinator for further analysis and preparation of materials for corrective coaching
Ensure that all new staff at the Special Partner agent location is fully trained on Africell products and services
Evaluate training effectiveness for all trainings conducted for Special Partner agents and provide a report
Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service oriented company’s image among all Retailers, Stockists, Dealers and Special Partners:
Build good working relationships with all Special Partner agents to foster top of the mind awareness of the brand as well as brand ownership by the agents
Escalate and follow through on all queries submitted to them by Special Partner agents within agreed timelines
Consistently engage Special Partner agents in brainstorming to get their ideas on how Africell can grow to become the market leader
Continually identify better ways of work and share this with the team and management as appropriate.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicants for the 15 Franchise Agent Jobs should hold Diplomas/certificates in a business related field
Ability to analyze, interpret and report statistical information
Able to operate in a performance driven organization
Solid knowledge of Africell products and services.
Africell performance standards and measures.
Africell Code of Conduct.
Knowledge of Africell employment terms and conditions
Fluent in English
Comfortable with smart phone use
Possess a riding permit
