Front Desk Officer – Uganda Registration Services Bureau – Kampala

About URSB:
The Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) is established as a Statutory Body under the Uganda Registration Services Bureau Act Cap. 210. The Bureau is a key player in commercial and civil registrations that facilitate private sector development and vital statistics for national planning.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Receives clients, interviews and direct them where to go for service.
Issues appropriate forms and brochures to clients.
Records all received applications and track them to the relevant officers.
Perform any other key responsibilities and duties assigned by the higher authority from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The candidate should hold an Honors Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial studies, Mass Communication, Journalism or related field.
Computer literacy skills and knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators:
Maintain register of application received.
Received applications forwarded to the Records Officer.
Movement of clients’ files tracked.
Finished work handed to back to clients.
