Job Summary: The AAR Healthcare will head the business in Uganda, and will be wholly charged with providing the overall strategic and operational leadership to realise profitable growth of the company.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate should hold an undergraduate degree. Possession of a Master’s degree and/ or experience in healthcare management will be of added advantage.
· At least five years’ experience in senior management
· Possess strong business development competency, with strong commercial understanding, proven leadership skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Possess the ability to build personal relationships with key business stake-holders and have distinguished hands-on operational skills.
