They would like to recruit for a valuable client, a High End Sports Club.

Job Summary: The General Manager will oversee the daily operations for the Sports Club.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create, review and implement business procedures
· Work closely with department heads
· The incumbent will plan company activities
· Manage financial budgets
· Take care of company expenditure and bills
· Manage company property such as cars, telecommunication devices, and laptops
· Handle business procurement
· Delegate responsibilities
· Hire, train, assess and fire staff
· Carry out administrative responsibilities
· Attend meetings, trainings, seminars and conferences
· Travel to different locations

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate should hold a B Com, BBA, CPA or ACCA
· The applicant should have a minimum of five years’ experience as General Manager
· Excellent numerical skills
· Flexible to work longer hours, people with varied educational levels, and travel frequently
· Ability to work independently under tight time lines
· Computer literacy i.e. working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, MS Excel, Power Point and MS Word
· Fluent in English and two local languages.
