We specialize in strategic planning, resource mobilisation, change management, HR consulting, project management, organizational strengthening and performance management. They would like to recruit for a valuable client, a freight forwarding Company operating in Uganda since 2005, expert in Port operations, Freight forwarding, customs clearing, Transport, Ware Housing, distribution and Project Management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant should for the HR Officer job placement preferably hold an HR degree qualification or industrial psychology in a related field.
At least three to five years relevant experience working in East Africa.
Relevant experience in grievance and disciplinary handling
Ability to understand labor laws
Broad knowledge and understanding of current HR practices and policies
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to build senior relationships.
Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in MS word, internet and email.
Ability to work against tight work schedule
