Job Summary: The Human Capital Manager-Systems will be responsible for managing human resource processes and systems in accordance to set HR policies and also work with the department Heads in implementing and reviewing the HR Strategy as need arises.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively participate in developing and implementing appropriate Human Resource policies and procedures in consultation with the Head of Human Capital Management.
The incumbent will be the lead person in administering the performance management system, handle and analyze performance appraisals in a timely manner.
Regularly analyze the appraisals of all staff and produce related statistics concerning performance related salary increments.
Develop job descriptions, KPIs and KRA for all job positions in the organization. Maintain the Job Evaluation system and ensure job descriptions are kept up to date and jobs appropriately graded.
Guide staff in regard to executing their performance agreements.
Prepare recruitment plans and budgets as appropriate and monitor their implementation.
Participate in recruitment, confirmation and promotion matters in accordance with the approved Pride policies.
Regularly update a system which will hold personal details of individual employees, e.g. skills and qualifications, career history, leave and absence records; employees’ jobs including; grades, pay and benefits, job descriptions, etc.
Actively participate in monthly payroll verification exercise.
Participate in reviews of compensation packages and other benefits available to the employees of Pride.
Ensure that all employees are advised on HR policies and legislation which concern them e.g. conditions of service, government legislation, code of conduct and policies and procedures.
The incumbent should be knowledgeable in the management of retirement benefits schemes.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Guidance and Counseling or in any other related field from a recognized Institution. Candidates with Master’s degree in Human Resource Management/ MBA will be at an added advantage.
At least four years’ experience in related field.
Possess the ability to mentor, coach, guide counsel and train staff
The incumbent should have emotional intelligence
Ability to conduct research
Skills in change management and managing conflicts
Ability to give feedback
Skills in problem solving, Coaching, business acumen
Excellent oral communication and written communication skills
Good reporting skills
Excellent inter-personal skills
Team building skills and delegation.
