Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager oversees Human Resource practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment as well as ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Regularly consult with senior managers and develop and implement appropriate performance management practices;
Ensure recruitment, compensation, and grievance policies are compliant with labor laws and all statutory provisions and best practice;
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Execute regular benchmarking of employee salaries and benefits to input into organizational design and budget process;
Assure that key benefits and payroll information is appropriately disseminated within the work unit when requested
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Ensures Health and safety measures are in place for the development of a superior workforce.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relevant field is required.
At least three to five years of professional human resources experience in a manufacturing company at least two in management position.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, sound business intelligence and the ability to work in a team is a must.
High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills;
