Tibet Hima Mining Co., Ltd (THMCOL) took over full operations to resuscitate the mining business at Kilembe Mines Limited using modern technology which are of high quality, relevant, timely, accurate and tailored to the mining and mineral processing industry.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
· Additional qualification in Administrative Law preferably LLB is desired
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
· Discretion and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
· Computer literacy skills
· Age: Between 25- 40 yrs
