About US:
Goodwill (U) Ceramic Co. Ltd is a Chinese-founded Ceramic tiles’ production Company incorporated in Uganda. Goodwill Ceramic has three operating ceramic tile factories in Africa, producing 360,000 m2 ceramic tiles daily and is setting up the fourth company in Uganda. We are aiming at building the most advanced ceramic tile factory both in technique and management.

Job Summary: The Human Resource Officer will be tasked with the recruitment screening, interview arrangement, training operation, attendance and performance record, communications, conflict resolution of Ugandan employees at Goodwill (U) Ceramic.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HR) or related major at top University / college.
A minimum of four years’ experience at foreign company in related position.
