Job Summary: The Human Resource Officer will work closely with the Human Resource Manager as the human resources liaison to departmental managers and staff by providing HR practical solutions, overseeing the provision of staff support services such as Human Resource Administration, Resourcing, Training and development, Recruitment and selection of employees
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance human resource polices
Initiate, recommend and review human resource policies.
Coordinate recruitment, manage entry, stay & exit of employees
Carry out training needs analysis in order to implement training plans for the company work force, budget for the yearly training plan
Develop, implement and evaluate staff training programmes and coordinate all training activities.
Oversee the performance appraisal process for staff category and instill a performance culture in the middle management
Design rewards and compensation systems.
Coordinate pay roll processing on monthly basis
Manage employees’ complaints, grievances and disputes.
Tasked with leave management of staff
Take charge of staff welfare and sanitation provisions
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidates for the Movit Products Limited (MPL) Human Resource Officer jobs should hold Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is essential.
Professional/certified qualification in Human Resource or personal management/development is an added advantage.
At least two years’ experience practicing as HR generalist
Good knowledge of labour laws
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent managerial and organizational abilities.
High degree of integrity, energetic, dynamic team player, and portray innovation.
Highly flexible, innovative, with good record keeping, report compilation, communication, and interpersonal, supervisory and team work skills.
Computer literacy skills with knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Apps, and demonstrable experience in working with Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS) and payroll systems.
Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines in a demanding and challenging work environment.
