Job Summary: The Human Resources (HR) Manager will serve as HR advisor to project management on HR related matters. The incumbent will also be responsible for employment administration to include recruitment, hiring, personnel changes, compensation and benefits management, HR information management and personnel file compliance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the USAID Project Opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business, or related discipline
Five or more years of human resources management experience or equivalent years of combined education and experience.
