Job Summary: The Human Resources Officer will work closely with the Human Resources Manager, to perform a number of personnel management related tasks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management or any other relevant qualifications
At least a year’s experience in a similar position
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced organization
Strong computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must possess sound work ethics
Good administrative and organizational skills
