Job Summary: The International Relations Officer will support the Manager, Projects & International Relations in managing international relation activities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Get involved in coordinating the implementation of the international relations policy.
· Make the necessary contacts to maintain relationships between the company and other postal administrations.
· Update and maintain the UPU library in the company.
· Take part in disseminating the information from UPU on Operational, Marketing, Financial, and Human Resources issues within the company.
· Manage classification and cataloguing of UPU manuals and regulations.
· Draft the sections’ periodic reports.
· Perform any other duties as may be directed by the Manager, Projects & International Relations
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from a recognized institution.
· At least two years of post-qualification relevant working experience.
· Prior experience in corporate negotiations
· Ability to function in a multi-cultural environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to meet strict deadlines
· Fluency in both English and French
