About US:
Buganda Land Board is an agency of the Kabaka of Buganda which was entrusted with managing land belonging to Buganda Kingdom.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for estimating the market value of the Kingdom land, with a view to maximizing proceeds from its lease.
Involve researching and writing detailed reports for the Land managed by Buganda Land Board.
Actively participate in the organization of the files to be presented to the lease committee.
Carrying out work for Organization compensation assessments and appraisals as well as giving advice.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Land Valuation and Land Economics from a recognized university.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess the ability to meet critical deadlines.
Proactive, a good knowledge of working with communities.
Confidentiality is paramount.
