Manager- Corporate Products – Dfcu Bank – Kampala

Key Accountabilities:
• Identify and implement product improvements by leveraging channels, customers, and competitive insights.
• Launch new Corporate banking products for timely and successful rollout in liaison with stakeholders.
• Develop and roll out marketing plans for Corporate banking products through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.
• Engage the channel management teams to deliver enhancements on existing products and faster adoption of new products to meet business goals.
• Resolve and fix product related system and functional gaps to drive customer satisfaction and address regulatory requirements.
• Drive corporate banking product utilization to increase product uptake and performance.
• Liaise with the segment head to roll out campaigns and programs to achieve product penetration targets.
• Review product pricing, profitability, and revenue management for assigned product lines to achieve financial objectives.
• Analyze, prepare Corporate products performance, insights, market trends, competitor landscape reports to aid decision making.

Qualifications, Experience And Competencies Required:
• Bachelors’ Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years working experience with 2 years’ experience in product management.
• Good knowledge of key product marketing principles.
• Product and Financial training.
• Understanding of key business drivers and ability to drive business output.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Forecasting, pricing, and business modelling.
• Good computer knowledge especially spreadsheets and databases, word, and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with other teams for implementation of activities.
• Business and Industrial awareness.
• Teamplayer and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Solutions oriented mind set.
